3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services; grant necessary access to your website, analytics platforms, and other relevant tools; respond to communications in a timely manner; and refrain from engaging in any practices that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we employ industry-leading AI technology and expert strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice. Past performance and case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, proprietary tools, methodologies, and materials developed by RewardLion remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for your account during the term of your subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, performance metrics, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardLion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make required payments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
